It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied upon as such.

Praav is a platform that facilitates introductions for dating, marriage, and friendship. We do not guarantee:

1. That you will find a match, form a relationship, or achieve any particular outcome through the Platform;
2. The accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of any user's profile, photographs, or claims about themselves;
3. The identity, intentions, background, or character of any user you interact with, on or off the Platform.

Any decision to communicate with, meet, or enter into a relationship with another user is made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Except where we expressly state that a particular verification step (such as phone number OTP verification, or any ID verification feature introduced in the future) has been completed, we do not conduct background checks, criminal record checks, or independent verification of any user's identity, marital status, age, or other personal circumstances. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment, including independently verifying any information a match provides before making decisions based on it.

Meeting people online and in person carries inherent risks. We strongly encourage you to:

1. Meet new connections in public places, especially for early meetings;
2. Inform a trusted friend or family member of your plans, including where you are going and who you are meeting;
3. Avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or banking information with matches, regardless of how well you feel you know them;
4. Trust your judgment and disengage immediately from any interaction that feels unsafe, and report it to us using the in-app reporting tools.

Praav is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether on the Platform, through communications originating from the Platform, or during any in-person meeting arranged as a result of using the Platform.

Profiles, messages, photographs, and other content on the Platform are created and submitted by users. Praav does not endorse, and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of, any user-generated content. Views expressed by users are their own and do not reflect the views of Praav LLP.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or payment gateways that are not owned or controlled by Praav. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Accessing any linked third-party service is at your own risk.

Praav will never ask you, through the Platform, to send money, gifts, or financial information to another user or to Praav outside of official in-app payment channels for subscriptions or features. Any such request from another user is unauthorized and should be reported to us immediately, as it may indicate a scam.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Praav LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Platform, your interactions with other users, or your reliance on any content available on the Platform. This is in addition to, and not in place of, the limitation of liability set out in our Terms of Service.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
